This policy is to include all programs marked with a “by” Live Laugh Learn Enrichment.

We understand that life happens and schedules can change and have prepared the following policies to accommodate your needs as best we can, while also maintaining a fair practice for all enrolled.
Missed classes, without prior notification (see below), are non-refundable and can not be credited in any way, including subscription boxes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Due to the upfront costs associated with preparing for each participant, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds once you have registered and payment has been processed.
However, you may be eligible for a credit or substitution if the following criteria are meet:
*IF a class is canceled by either Live Laugh Learn Enrichment or the school or community, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, instructor availability, school/district/community conflict or decision), we will notify all participants at the earliest opportunity and provide options for attending a class at a new time. If you cannot attend the rescheduled class, you will be eligible for a full refund of that individual class. You will also be given the choice of receiving a subscription box in place of attending the rescheduled class or a refund of that class. We will make every effort to ensure that you are still provided the opportunity to create!
We aim to inspire creativity and joy through every box. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in all of the original packaging. Your box return must be approved as an eligible return by Live Laugh Learn Enrichment, LLC (Canvas Club). You may return the box within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning your box so that we know to expect it. Live Laugh Learn Enrichment, LLC (Canvas Club) is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping will be at the expense of the returning subscriber. If the box is returned without postage paid, that will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be given on approved returned items. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment or give you the option of a credit to your account for a future box. Please note, depending on the issuer of your card/original form of payment, it may take days to weeks for the refund to post to your account. Please refer to your card issuer’s policies and contact them with any questions.
If your box arrives defective or damaged beyond use, or if you receive the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange that product for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box to initiate an exchange.
